TALBOT ASSOCIATES INC. has been in business since 1989. From the very beginning it has been our goal to offer recruiting services that are superior in everyway to our competition. We make every effort to perform our services with the highest standard of integrity, ethics, and competence. We are not in the business of recruiting for every need that our client may have. We have chosen to be very specific in our approach and that is why we recruit only engineering, scientific, and associated technical positions.
A small sample of some of the types of positions we fill are: process engineering, project engineering, validation, regulatory affairs, quality, facility engineering, research and development, project management, product development, plant operations, electrical engineering, pharmacologists, purification scientists, business to business development, and formulation scientists. Of course the list could be more extensive than this, but this should suffice in establishing our focus.
We work with a variety of academic disciplines such as chemistry, biology, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, pharmacy, biochemistry, and related studies. We place all academic levels from entry level baccalaureate candidates to candidates with extensive post doctoral work.
The levels of responsibility in the above mentioned positions and disciplines covers a wide range of client needs. We have performed searches for CEO and president positions through to entry level trainees. The greatest number of our openings fall into the middle management levels.
We have recruited for companies from coast to coast. However, our northeast location pretty much places us at the geographical center of the pharmaceutical industry for this region.
Our project managers listen to and understand the needs of our clients, and they are highly skilled in competently responding to those needs. |
